The fourth and final phase of the Direct Access (DA) Electricity program opens on Friday, January 13th at 9:00 AM PST.
The DA program started April 2010 and deregulates electricity in very limited quantities. The Open Enrollment Window Year 4 deregulates the final 10% of the load cap designated for the program by the CPUC. The program is designed for commercial accounts only, and residential accounts are not eligible to participate.
