How does this work?
Your energy service consists of two parts: 1) your energy supply and 2) your energy delivery. Through a Customer/Energy Choice program you can choose who will be your new Energy Supplier and your utility will still deliver your electricity or natural gas to you.
Choosing a new supplier is easy. Here is what to expect when choosing a new natural gas or electricity supplier:

Below is a step by step illustration of how Tigers Service and Customer/Energy Choice programs work. It involves many different parties working together in a seamless program to deliver reliable energy and consistent savings:
1. Energy Producing companies either generate electricity or process natural gas.
2. Next, an Energy Supplier like Tiger purchases the natural gas or electricity to meet the needs of customers like you. Tiger will deliver the gas or electricity bought for your accounts to your utility company.
3. Then, your utility company will deliver the natural gas or electricity to your home or business location. You will still be a customer of your utility company and they will continue to provide you with the same services and level of service that you would receive regardless of choosing an alternate energy supplier, like Tiger. The utility will also be responsible for maintaining the pipelines, servicing your meters and emergences.
4. Lastly, you get to enjoy uninterrupted energy service, energy cost savings, additional pricing options, and industry leading customer service with Tiger!
