Instructions for Residential Agreements

Once you open the “Residential Agreements” link, you will see that the first page of the attachment is the Residential Natural Gas Purchase Agreement. This is essentially your contract with Tiger. It outlines the price offered, terms of the agreement, etc. On this document, please put the name associated with the account on the line after “Buyer” at the top of the form. Then, fill out the bottom section completely.

 

The second form is the Customer Authorization for Core Gas Aggregation. This is a PG&E form that we cannot change. It is the form PG&E requires us to have on file before we can submit your account for enrollment in Tiger’s program. We have already checked the appropriate billing option. You will need to sign the form where it says “Signed by” and provide your Gas Service Address, City and PG&E Account Number at the bottom of the first page. If you would like to switch multiple accounts use the remaining lines or fill out the second page of the form.

 

Remember: in order for us to switch your service, we must receive both of these forms back and filled out completely.
