Billing Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. All online orders are processed through 256 bit SSL encryption to protect your credit card information during your online transaction. All prices and figures are listed in US Dollars. You will receive confirmation of your payment via the email address provided when your payment is made.
Refund Policy
At this time, no payment cancellations (or “Chargebacks”) will be accepted or approved prior to payment processing. TIGER NATURAL GAS, INC has a “No Refunds” policy. In the event you have made an overpayment by accident, a credit will be applied to your account to cover your charges for additional natural gas usage during the remainder of your agreement with TIGER NATURAL GAS, INC until this credit has been expended. If you should need your overpayment refunded, however, please contact TIGER NATURAL GAS, INC Toll-Free by phone at 1-888-875-6122 within fourteen (14) days after the payment has been processed (it may take up to five (5) business days for your payment to be processed). All payment cancellations, refunds, credits, or “Chargebacks” are subject to a $50 processing fee at the discretion of TIGER NATURAL GAS, INC.
User Account policy
TIGER NATURAL GAS, INC reserves the right to de-activate or remove any user accounts provided at www.BUSINESSWEBSITE.com without a notice if user has provided wrong information, has violated common Internet policies or if the account has been inactive for more than 60 days.
