As a result, It creates confusion from the time the utility identifies an issue and the financial, data and product reconciliation. In our experience like this, Tiger positioned the adjustments to minimize the impact to PepsiCo. While the utility sought payment for the missing gas at the sales tariff rate that was substantially higher than the market, Tiger was able to supply the gas at 50 percent less than what the utility was initially suggesting.
